1. Timing Policy
Guests must strictly adhere to the resort’s check-in and check-out timings. Early entry or late exit is subject to availability and management approval.
2. No Refund Policy
All bookings and payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Responsibility for Valuables
The resort shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles during the stay.
4. Health & Personal Risk
Guests participating in any activities do so at their own risk. Individuals with medical conditions or health concerns are advised to take necessary precautions before participating.
5. Medical Emergencies
The resort management is not liable for any illness, injury, heart attack, or medical emergencies that may occur during the stay or while engaging in activities.
6. Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property, rooms, or equipment. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
7. Activity Safety
All guests must strictly follow safety instructions provided for adventure activities such as zip line, sky cycling, rope activities, and others. Non-compliance may result in restricted access without refund.
8. Children Supervision
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times within the resort premises.
9. Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food, alcohol, or beverages are strictly not allowed inside the resort premises.
10. Management Rights
The resort management reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry or service to any guest not complying with resort policies
- Remove guests from the premises for misconduct or rule violations
- Enforce all rules without any refund of payment
